What's Holding Women Back?

Adriana Gardella attended the annual Aspen Ideas Festival and participated in one discussion called “Women + Girls: The Solution.” The title refers to the belief of the panel that “only by helping women and girls achieve their full potential and using all of the brainpower available to us, can we hope to solve the world’s problems.”
The panelists talked about the disparity between the number of women and men in the sciences; the need for positive role models for females; and the necessity for relationships in the home to be equal.
