Dr. Joan Hoff, a renowned historian and author of “Law, Gender and Injustice: A Legal History of Women in the U.S.” and “A Faustian Foreign Policy from Woodrow Wilson to George W. Bush: Dreams of Perfectibility,” will deliver the Women’s History Month Keynote Address. A reception and book signing will follow in Demosthenian Hall.
